Honest Opinions Please On My Body? (photos included)?
I have had body image issues and eating issues most of my life (starting at 13… I am 32 now) and currently struggling to see myself as I am and not desire an ultra skinny body. (I am 5’10(almost) and 126Ibs). I eat well, and I work out 2 hours a day. I want to know if you believe I look too thin 7 Ibs lighter than in these photos… I was 134/135 back then.
It is odd but I actually see myself as slimmer then than now even though I worked out less?
