normal side effects for ambien ?
i took an ambien maybe 20 minutes ago. im laying in bed and it feels like im in a dream but im not and a sit up and the starry night picture by y bed is moving like the swirls in the painting are rotating and its like everywhere i look the object looses focus
I go to a support group for people with depression, bipolar disorder, etc. The first thing I learned was that psych meds can affect people very differently. One person thinks a med is wonderful, while another has very bad reactions to it.
I would try to contact your doctor ASAP. I don’t know if you are taking ambien mainly for anxiety or mainly for sleep. However, it does not sound like it is the drug for you. Unfortunately, to find the right psych med often involves trial and error. Another med might work just fine.
