Is it ok for a universal bike rack to sit at an angle on my car?
I have a bell universal 2-bike holder that I lost the manual for, and haven’t used in a while, I can’t find a manual for it online and when I try to install it myself the arms that hold the bikes stand up about 20 degrees up from flat, I don’t really have a problem with it because all the clips and snaps fit snugly and securely, but my girlfriend says I can’t use it unless it sits flat, because it gets in the way of the rear view mirror…
