Skull-candy headphones warranty issues please help?
Well, i bought some skull-candy headphones at Radio-shack and I bought a Radio-shack Service plan for them. I always use to wrap my headphones around my ipod. It’s been 2 months and inner coil of headphones is showing near the headphone’s jack (where the plug connects to the jack). Now the headphones hardly work, unless you find the correct position. It wasn’t intentional. I was wondering if Radio-shack(Service plan) or Skull-Candy(Lifetime Warranty) would cover this? Also, which warranty is better and worse?
which warranty is better for my problem? And which one actually is not a scamRadio Shack might replace them on the spot. I know Skullcandy will take forever getting them to you, that’s if you can even contact them. Especially ones that don’t have the right angle plug, do not wind the cord around the iPod when it’s plugged in. But, Skullcandys always break no matter what you do. I treat mine with kid gloves and my skullcandys just died for no reason. When it comes time to treat yourself to a new pair, go with something of better quality from a manufacturer who will be there to back them.
