Which P-90 pickup is better?
The two pickups are: Gibson P94T Humbucker Sized P90 and a Seymour Duncan STK-P1 Stacked P-90 Single-Coil Pickup
Which sounds better? Which is higher quality? Which sounds more punchy like a Green Day kind of tone?
Will at least one of the 2 pickups fit on an Epiphone Les Paul Special 2?I’m not sure if the P90′s will fit a guitar that is setup with humbuckers. It’s not just about fitting, it’s about the string spacing in accordance to where the poles are on the pickup, and a pick also works best when it’s as close to a natural harmonic as possible, which is why you see a lot of 22 fret guitars, because the humbucker does where the 24th fret would be, at the natural harmonic spot, to pickup the sweetest tone.

Gibson pickups are probably going to be a little better quality than seymour duncan as well, but are probably not worth the price tag.
If I were trying to get a Green Day tone to fit in your guitar, I would get the Lollar’s Imperial pickups, or if you want a single coil that fits your humbucker, go with this:
