HELP!!! How to configure tv tuner in my computer?
We just got a Gateway and it includes a Tv Tuner.
We set it up and even though it shows us the channels and the listing it does give us any picture or audio, just static.
We called the cable provider and they said that they can not help us, and Gateway wants to charge us $50 per 30 minutes helping us!!!
It says taht it’s a DX4300-03/Phenom 9750/8gb/100How do I set my display to Tuner?
What is the model of your Gateway ?
Do you have your display set to Tuner ?
>>> wow that is a nice one. I went to the Gateway website and looked at the owners manual and it says to change the resolution from 800×600 to 640×480 or 480×320 – sorry I cannot be of any more help. Did you buy the Geek Squad plan when you bought the computer ? There is a ton of stuff this machine can do and you probably don’t even realize it. If you spent what $800 or so on it, it might be worthwhile to pay someone to come over and teach you a little something about it. You get a lot more of your money’s worth if you do that.
