which electric guitar is the best suited for my needs?
ive been playing guitar now for just over 1 year and i have a really crappy encore guitar
i would like a guitar which can make sounds similar to the bands i like, they are a mixed range! they include:
red hot chili peppers, jimi hendrix, metallica, pink floyd, blink 182 plus many many more
i know i cant find all of the qaulities of these bands in one guitar, but what would be my best bet?ibanez or jackson guitars are good for the more metal sounds. But more importantly, you need a good amp or effects pedal that will enable you to save different settings and distortion on it. that way you can get the diverse sounds you are looking for. an effects pedal might be a good thing to look into because It will enable you to switch effects on and off during play with out having to mess with the amp. They come in ranges from one pedal to multi-pedal models. other good guitars are gibson and fender ones. happy hunting
