Is there a way to add a strap button to a guitar that didn’t come with one?
i looked up acoustics that weren’t expensive and good enough to play that i liked. and when i looked up the Ibanez ael20e online, i saw a pic of the front and back and i noticed a strap button. when i bought mine, there wasn’t a strap button where i could connect a strap to. so i’m wondering, is it possible for someone to screw in a strap button to the back of the neck or somewhere else on the guitar?? if not, would it be harmful if i screwed a strap button onto it randomly? it annoys me how i have to tie the strap to the end of the neck near the tuning pegs are… it feels awkward.
if not, then is there a version of the ael20e with two strap buttons attached?
