Bringing my guitar to a picnic, is it going to crack/warp?
My school’s having a picnic, so I want to bring my Yamaha F335 acoustic guitar. My dad’s nagging me on how it’s gonna crack if I bring it, though. He said that even though it’s going to be 70°F, and I’ll be in the shade, it’s going to crack. I checked the weather again and it said the highest will be 80°. I’m going to use just a padded gig bag, and the trip to the picnic isn’t even that long. I don’t really want to take the risk, but I just want to know if it’s really going to damage my guitar.
