Neck plate says JK00010496 .. neck says lic.by fender and some serial numbers that are hard to read them all. it does say Momymie i believe.. Can any one help please?
strat body stye,, guy i got it from had no idea on details it has one humbucker in bridge and 2 single in mid and neck position the guy i got it from sprayed painted it evh style so i know its not worth any thing now. but im still would like to know. he also took off orginal bridge and cut out for a floyd roseHello there,
If the headstock says licensed by Fender, it is a replacement neck. Musikraft and Mighty Mite may have made it. The neck plate may or may not be stock to the body. The neck is not. If you unbolt the neck, you make find further markings on the heel to identify the maker of the neck. You have a guitar that someone has swapped out the neck, maybe even assembled the entire guitar from parts.
That does not mean it is a bad guitar. Musikraft and Mighty Mite make decent necks. Also in the neck pocket of the body may be some markings to help identify the maker of the body. Seeing the back side of the pickups and the wiring would tell you whether the pickups are stock to the pots and switch. Also, you may be able to identify the pickups from the back side and the wiring used to connect them to the switch and pots.
All Parts used to make Licensed by Fender necks. Don’t recall if they still do. Warmonth makes them also. But I doubt if the neck is a Warmouth; those are rather pricey.
