Know anything about Hohner Guitars?
There’s a electric hohner guitar I’m taking a look at on monday, the only problem is I know nothing about it. I can’t seem to find any information on Hohner guitars (other than that Hohner is a German company), let alone the one I want to look at.
Description:
It’s all black with a Les Paul style body. 2 Solid black rectangular shaped pickups and 2 bridges. The neck is a darker wood with white circles as the inlay. The headstock has 3 tuning pegs on each side and it has Hohner written in gold and in cursive at the very top. It appears to be pretty old. Oh and it has 22 frets.So if anyone could tell me about Hohner guitars or more about the one I’d like to get I’d really appreciate it!
I’ve found the website but the guitar isn’t on there.I’m not sure if this is the guitar you’re talking about but it seems close.You say it’s an older guitar so it’s probably no longer in production.People don’t talk much about Hohner electric guitars mainly because they are so well known for their harmonicas. You could try posting your question on a forum at one of the guitar magazine sites , you might get a better response. I never recommend or discourage a particular brand of guitars to anybody. Buying a guitar is a personal choice , what works well for one person may not suit the next one at all. Rule number 1 , try it before you buy it. Good luck to ya.

And by the way it’s not 2 bridges. It’s a bridge and a tailpiece.
