do you think I ate too much today? trying to recover from binge eating disorder.?
I am female, 5’9, 130 pounds. I am fairly active and get to the gym at least twice a week. I had problems with binge eating on and off for about 2 years now. Here’s what I ate today:
danon light and fit strawberry yogurt pot
2 small chunks of watermelon
bowl of tomato soup with a small piece of crusty bread
2 sugar free jell-o’s2 rice cakes
luna nutrition bar2 bowls of fiber wheat flakes with low fat milk
string cheeseThis seems like alot, the cereal was kind of an out of control thing like I had a mini binge or something. Do you think this is all too much or did I do OK?
this is far from a binge. a binge is eating thousands of calories in one sitting or a day.eating tons of food and not being able to stop. you have not even reached your daily calorie limit with this list of food.
However, I noticed that you are eating 2 of a lot of things.
Are you a vegetarian because i do not see any meat here and you need protein. if you don’t eat meat, you need some beans, etc for protein.
also this looks a little high in carbs and not enough veggies.
so, all in all, this is not a binge and pretty good, but you need water, veggies and protein on top of this.
