What is the best hollow-bodied guitar?
I have been looking at two in particular(es-335 and Epiphone dot) what would be the best hollow body to get? What are the differences between the es-335 and epi dot? is the 335 worth the extra 2000 dollars? what are your preferences? I play Blues, Jazz, and Rock. how would these guitars do in a church situation?

There are several different styles of the ES335. Fat neck, satin finish, 1959 reissue, dot figured-top, block inlay slim neck . . . .
And the Epiphone Dot isn’t remotely comparable to an instrument of this caliber. $400 is absolutely you-get-what-you-pay-for. Well-made guitars just cost a lot of money.
