How to connect an earth wire to my ibanez, and an input wire to the same one?
these wires came off
input jack wire leading to the volume knobs and such

the guitar is an ibanez mikroI don’t know about that specific guitar, but most builders use the back of one of the pots (the tin can) as a convenient grounding point.
I’d tag the earth wire on there.
If it has a single volume pot, the output will probably be across the ends of the pot, with the screen to the anticlockwise end. The screen will be connected to the overall ground somehow.
If it’s not directly to the pot, look for terminals that have been soldered but don’t have wires.
If you can’t figure it out from this, give a bit more info, like how many pickups, how many controls & what switch (3 or 5 way?) if any, as there are pretty standard wiring setups for each type.
