Im going to say Leather because its easier to clean. Guitar straps can get dirty, very dirty from sweat, dust, grime, and when you put your guitar down the strap lays on the floor. Suede is much more porous than leather is and leather can be wiped down with a damp cloth. They are both comfortable, especially after they break in. But leather will be… less gross!
