Where can you buy “blank” guitars?
Basically I want to buy a good-sounding (electric) guitar that is completely blank with it’s finish. So just the wooden body, without any sort of finish – not even a transparent one.
The reason for this is I’m intending to custom-make my own guitar, just to move out of the typical and be a bit more original when I’m playing on stage. Ofcourse, I don’t just mean the body of the guitar is all I want, I was the neck, strings, etc. too of course, just, no colours added on yet xD.’
I am not too sure that you actually can as before they leave the factory they are all painted, try contacting your nearest guitar store and ask them, they could possibly get in contact with fender, gibson, stagg etc
