I just bought a Larrivee LV-03E acoustic-electric guitar, a microphone, and a Fishman Loudbox Performer. My microphone is being projected through the amp, but my guitar isn’t. The volume is on for both the amp and the guitar, and a cord is connecting the guitar and the amp. Why isn’t the amp processing the guitar?
Check the battery in the guitar. Most on board PreAmp use a battery and often have a battery check button/light built in. That would be the first place to start. If it’s not that it could be a problem with the end pin switch. Try another guitar on the amp input to be sure the problem is not there. If it’s not and all else fails take it back to the store you purchased it from and have them try it on one of the other amps.
