What bass string gauge is best for C standard tuning?
I play Dean Markley Blue Steel strings on a Ibanez SRX350. I currently play in drop D and have Blue Steel meds but when I tune to C standard (C F Bb Eb) it is just way too muddy and doesn’t work. I am going to the store today and need to know what gauge to buy.
I was hoping I could figure this out but I quite honestly don’t know. I would repost this in another section where the people might be a tad more helpful.
