Which Fender pickups are best?
I have a 2006 Fender Highway One Strat. (SSS) I want to upgrade the pickups. I’m looking for something that can do Frusciante (Chili Peppers), John Mayer, SRV, Hendrix, and get down with some funk. Here’s my options. Feel free to suggest other pickups as well.

- Lace Sensor GoldI’ve got the gold lace sensors on one of mine. Sounds really good. But if I was going to buy new now, it would be the vintage noiseless. Depending on switch position, you can get some REAL nice sounds out of them.
