How Do I Fix a Broken Headstock On An Epiphone SG?
well, a little while ago, like 4 days, i was crossing the street with my Epiphone SG on my back in a gig bag and I had to run across the crosswalks thanks to the idiots that do 60mph down a residential street. So i take off running and the back strap on the gig bag ripped and my guitar got run over. The Neck was completely unbolted and the wood was stripped off, and the headstock was snapped off right here in the red circle.

the break isnt clean and it fits together decently well but there isnt any way i can fix it without replacing some of the wood.

I cannot tell much about the break from the picture. If the neck has a crack, but is not broken entirely off, you can try to glue it. When you squeeze the area around the crack, can you close it. If so, you can try to repair it.
To repair the crack. Take the tension off the neck by loosening the strings. Work some wood glue into the crack (both sides of the crack). You will need to work the glue in as far as possible. Use a thin blade or even stiff cardboard to work the glue in. Then put a clamp on to hold the crack closed until the glue sets. You may have to put something between the clamp and the neck to prevent the clamp from marking the neck. Let the glue set at least 12 hours. Then take the clamp off and sand away the excess glue. If there are gaps in the wood around the crack, you can fill those with wood putty.
After you try to repair the neck, check to see if it is still straight. If ii is, you can play it. If the neck does not repair straight, or if the neck will not tune property, you will have to put a new neck on it.
One other thing to consider. Did the the truss rod get damaged when the neck was broken (cracked)? If so, you have to replace the truss rod also. Which means it is probably cheaper to just buy a replacement neck off eBay and bolt it on your body.
