I need to know if my guitar is broken, or the amp cord?
Originally i thought it was the battery for my pick up that died, but the battery still worked so i thought it was my guitar. Then I tried using the amp cord to play my ipod with a converter which didnt produce any sound.. I then used a 1/4 – 3.5mm cord with a converter so both ends were 1/4. It buzzed so i knew it worked but did not work with the guitar. I need to know if its the amp cord or guitar. Or to make it more simple, does a amp cord NEED to be a amp cord or can I use a converter with another cord
It should be an 1/4″ amp cord. But from what you desrcibe it’s probably your cord. Might I suggest a Monster cable. Tough as they come and warranteed for life.
