Who is the modern artist who painted dates?
There’s one displayed currently in the Modern Wing of the Art Institute of Chicago. The artist would pick a date, and if he/she weren’t done with the painting *of the actual date*, the painting would get destroyed. I can’t for the life of me remember who did it. I tried looking thru the online collection at the Art Institute’s website but I can’t find it for the life of me.
