How much could I sell a used Fender Squier Bullet guitar for?
I’ve had this guitar for about six years, but it’s in EXCELLENT condition as I have not played it very much and it’s been sitting in a case. It would come with the case, cable for amp, guitar tuner, and the strap. I believe I originally paid about $100 for it. Would $50-$75 be appropriate?
Also, I have an amp to go with it, also in excellent condition. Would I be able to sell these together for $100-$125?Thank you in advance; any & all advice would be greatly appreciated.
Squire changes it’s bullet strat models with great frequency. You first need to determine what exact model of strat you have. Find the model number on the guitar’s headstock and check it online. Then, you can go to eBay and check out how much they are selling for.
The same process is not necessary for the amp, however. Just find out what model it is and check the price online.
Depending on where you are selling, the price you will be offered will differ greatly. For example, you could make more money selling the gear to a friend or on eBay/Amazon, but it would take a long time to get a buyer. However, if you go to a music shop like Guitar Center, you will be offered significantly less money but have the option to sell immediately.
