New Guitar, New Cable, New Amp, still got frett buzz?!?!?
I am a beginner guitarist and ever since I started playing, I had this really loud and frustrating buzzing noise coming out of the amp. The guitar I had was really bad so I bought a Squier Strat which is great for beginners. However, it did nothing to solve the buzz problem and my amp wasn’t really good either so I went out and bought a VOX D15. Still no change. Then I thought that it must be the cable because everytime I put my finger on the metal part of the cable, the buzz stops. Also, when I put my fingers on all the strings, the buzz stops. I got a new cable and nothing changed. Everything I bought was from SamAsh. I do not know what is going on! Also, when I plug out the cable from the amp, there really isn’t any sound coming from the amp. When I put my cable in, the sound gets loud even though I just bought a new high quality cable. Why is this happening to me?
