I have an Classical guitar, but i bought strings with a hole at the end, but my guitar does not have it. HELp?
So yeah, I have a classical guitar, which at the bridge, there is no pin. Just a hole. So is it okay if i just Slide in the acoustic string, which the circle prevents the whole string from going through the hole, or should i cut it off and tie it the classical way?
It sounds as if you’ve bought steel rather than nylon strings. DON’T PUT THEM ON THE GUITAR! The neck of a classic does not have a steel truss rod and will deform. Get a nylon set. I’ve never come across a set that has the little rings/balls on the ends.
