Dirty Bass Guitar Strings?
My bass guitar has a lot of dirt on the strings. Any advice on how to clean them? I mean its CLEARLY visable when I play it and its anoying. After about 1 hour of playing I have to wash my hands because of the smell left on my fingers is horrible. I do have a gig bag but i dont use it. Help please! BTW is the Squire P-Bass any good?
No question about it. Put on new strings. You can get them for about $25.00 a set.
You’ll hear and feel a noticeable difference. And, your fingers won’t get dirty.
Oh, by the way, it always a good idea to carry a rag in your case and wipe the strings clean each time you play.
