4ohm inpedanceIt sounds like a good amp for the sub. the only thing I would say is to stay a way from 4 chanle amps unless you are going to run 4 speakers off of it and your not reallly going to want to run 4 subs off that amp, get another amp to power the subs and use the amp you list on your 5.25″ and 6″x9″ and what kind to 6x9s are 350w rms
