Electric Needs New PICKUPS!?
My guitars getting older, but the sentimental value is keeping it strapped to my shoulder. I’m gonna keep it, but shows are gonna need a better sound.

I need some replacements for the dual humbuckers, preferably actives, and not on a budget. I was looking at the legend EMG’s and the SD Blackouts. I want something with real distortion capability, but a clean crisp tone without the pedals.

Advice? Preferences? Think i should use one of each? Help?
I have always had the best luck with the duncans, emgs are ok but the duncans have a heathier sound. sorta liie some of the old paf gisons when overdriven.
